THE REVIEW PROCESS

Forums will be setup for contributor discussion. It is recommended that most discussions of procedure and of differences of opinion be discussed there for the benefit of all. Understand that your work will probably be critiqued at points either by editors or other contributors. We encourage this as a part of the process for individual learning and for quality control. These forums will only be available to members of the project for viewing.

If efforts are made to critique the work of contributors and response is not forthcoming from the one being questioned after a period of time, and if the editors think that it is better for the quality of the project, they may hide the data from public view until the one who is critiqued responds. When all issues are resolved, the data will be made public again.

Editors will not just decide against a tag just because they disagree; tags will be removed when it is clear that the contributor lacks the skill to be included in the project.

12. PROJECT FUNDING

Funding for the project will be sought by two means. All funds received will be used as The Biblical Studies Foundation and Lexel Software jointly decide.

Initial and ongoing funding will be procured by seeking donations from parties interested in seeing the project succeed.

The project also will seek to be funded by licensing the data to commercial software vendors. As stated above, the data is made available for free use for personal, academic, and non-profit uses. Commercial vendors need to contact the project director or the sponsoring organizations if they desire to license the data.
